Post the Summer Jam fallout between Nicki Minaj finally speaks out. A rift between Nicki Minaj and DJ Peter Rosenberg from Hot 97 caused Lil’ Wayne to pull all of the YMCMB acts from the show, and Nicki finally opened up with DJ Funkmaster Flex about her feelings and why she stood by Lil’ Wayne’s decision for her to not perform on the air. Nicki explains that she is loyal to Lil’ Wayne and her fans. She went on to explain that her fans all over the world didn’t appreciate his negative comments about her song “Starships” and thinks it was disrespectful and not the right time to voice his opinion about her music. Funkmaster Flex feels as if Rosenburg should have a right to voice his opinion. What do you think? Do you think that he just made the comments at the wrong time? Or should he have not said them at all at any point in time? If you don’t know what he said, DJ Peter Rosenberg was quoted saying to the crowd, “I know there are some chicks in here waiting to sing along with ‘Starships’ later,” then continued to say “I’m not talking to y’all now. F*** that bull***. I’m here to talk about real hip hop s***.”

Just when I thought I could finally stop talking about Basketball Wives and their long list of dirty laundry and drama filled quarrels! The whole beef between Evelyn Lozada and Jennifer Williams went even further left. Apparently, rapper Trina is now involved in the spat by releasing what is being called a Jennifer dis track entitled “I’m Back”. The bars that is causing the speculation that this is in fact a dis track are as follows:

Evelyn and Trina are close friends so I personally think this is a shot at Jennifer and not just merely a reference to “The Slap”…. Listen to the track below and you be the judge! Has shots been fired???
Speaking of Evelyn, she received some not such a warm reception to her publically teasing her soon to be hubby Chad Ochocinco about being cut from the New England Patriots in her tweets! But they both seem to have fun taking pokes and jabs at one another and doesn’t care if people fail to realize that. There are a lot of people here in Buffalo pooling for the Bills to take a look at him. Do you think he has ran his course or field rather? Is it over for Chad? Do you think the Bills should sign him? So I’m sure you heard by now that Love & Hip Hop is back with an Atlanta edition! The show became popular after following the lives of rapper Jim Jones, his girlfriend Chrissy, R&B singer Olivia and rapper Fabulous a.k.a Loso’s girl Emily B. The new cast for the Atlanta edition of the show is said to promise even more juicy situations and will not bore the viewers. The new cast is to include; Rapper Lil Scrappy and his girlfriend Erica Dixon, rapper Rasheeda, producer Stevie J and his girlfriend Mimi Faust, and singers K Michelle and Karlie Redd. The trailer makes it seem like it will be more scripted then it’s New York counterpart in my opinion, but I guess we will have to tune in to see! Love & Hip Hop Atlanta premiers on June 18th on Vh1.
