When its all said and done and the holidays come to a close and 2019 begins, its always the question of what to do with that real Christmas tree.  Last year my Uncle kept his tree up for a additional 3 months because he didn't know what to do with it.

Mayor Brown just posted on his twitter that the city of Buffalo will be accepting Christmas trees for recycling at the January 5th ‘After the Holidays Recycling and Electronics Waste Recycling’ event. The event will be going down  between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Buffalo residents can bring their natural Christmas tree to 1120 Seneca Street where it will be chipped on site and the cool thing is that you can take chips for re-use as mulch, now that's some real recycling. Trees should be free of ornaments and tinsel. Below is the actual flyer.
