Cherry Blossom Festival
The Buffalo History Museum looks beautiful this time of year. A lot of that has to do with the cherry blossoms in the Japanese Gardens. You and the family can take as many selfies as you want this weekend. The best part about the Cherry Blossom Festival is that it is free to attend! Six Flags Darien Lake New Attraction
This weekend is going to be a scream at Six Flags Darien Lake. That's because its showing off its newest attraction the Sky Screamer.
The new swing ride is more than 240 feet tall making it the tallest theme park attraction in New York state.
The park opens on a part-time basis this weekend. Six Flags Darien Lake will open seven days a week starting Friday, June 14th. You can find ticket information here .
Fantasy Island
Another Western New York theme park is opening the gates this weekend. Fantasy Island will kick off its 2019 season Saturday and Sunday. You'll get to ride all of your favorite attractions including the Silver Comet. The first 200 visitors to ride the coaster will get a free commemorative Silver Comet button.

Aids Walk Buffalo
Western New Yorkers will head out to Delaware Park on Saturday for this year's AIDS Walk. Last year's walk raised more than $8,000. All that money stayed right here in Western New York. It was announced in March that this year's AIDS Walk would be the last.
The AIDS Walk will take place at Hoyt Lake in Delaware Park Saturday. It starts at 10:30. For more information on the walk, head to this website here.
