There’s An Underwear Thief On The Loose ! [#BIGDUMMYFILES]

I just caught this story on NBC about a BIG DUMMY who is stealing underwear in Elisabeth Santana was doing laundry in her NYC apartment building recently when she discovered her underwear and athletic wear missing from the dryer. Puzzled, she asked the building superintendent if she could look at the surveillance video from the laundry room. The video shows a man (possibly in his 20s) watching her as she moved her clothing from the washing machine to the dryer and stealing her underwear after she left the room. What a creep !

Fellas what is going on here ? Who gets that desperate enough to go around stealing women's underwear. This man is dangerous its no telling what he will do next. I wonder what goes through someone's mind when they do some thing like this ?
