The Buffalo Bills have picked a new head coach!

Sean McDermott, who has been the Carolina Panthers' defensive coordinator since 2001, is now the new head coach for the Buffalo Bills, according to WGRZ! McDermott worked with the Philadelphia Eagles as a defensive coordinator and secondary coach prior to that. McDermott is the Bills' 20th head coach!
