Tappo Day Club, located at 140 Chandler Street in Buffalo, has recently come under fire for its dress code. Do you think it's offensive?

The owner of the day club and pool admitted that the dress code is very offensive and apologized for it, according to WIVB. You can see the long list of restrictions in the Facebook post below.

Lots of people feel that the dress code targets certain people. Do you think the rules were designed to keep "certain people" out of the day club and pool?

Here are some of the thoughts from Facebook:

I jus see it as basically don’t dress ghetto ‍♀️ y’all mad y’all can’t come looking ratchet ~ Summer Salter

Reminds me of “upscale” hotel “Curtiss” and we know how that turned out nothin is upscale in Buffalo or WNY areas.. it’s for Everyone. Any place in this country that is “upscale” w “rules” you just play the part and you literally can get in anywhere and have! This is ‍ ~ Bradley Homer

Not to mention there’s a video on their Instagram promoting the pool and literally everyone there is breaking the “dress code” so who is this dress code for really?! And is it there when security wants to pick and choose when to implement it? ~ Lea Sardo

I don't get it. I watched their promo video. Not a soul was swimming, people came in 3 piece suits... like, what? Why build a pool if you are not gonna swim. Who TF wears a 3 piece suit to a pool. ~ Cat Hoef

I mean if they’re going for classy, they missed the mark with the black electrical tape on the sign. ~ Veronica Sedota
