This year marks the 44th time that the good people of Toronto have celebrated their Caribbean heritage with the Scotiabank Caribbean Carnival Toronto. I'm proud to say that I snuck into Canada this morning to catch the beginning of the 2011 Toronto Caribana Parade, which begins at Exhibition Place and heads down Lake Shore Blvd W. I say snuck because I had to be back here at WBLK at 2p to play Buf
