When I was a teen it was like everyone smoked cig's but me. That it really the way to being cool in high-school. I remember their being a lot of pressure by my friends trying to get me to smoke but I thought it smelled terrible. What Governor Cuomo announced on Saturday will turn out the be a good thing.

Governor Andrew Cuomo went on twitter Saturday and the he has a 2019  smoking proposal that would raise the tobacco and e-cigarette sales age from 18 to 21 in the stat of NY. This proposal will be apart of the  2019 executive budget and that's now he he also  is also proposing to end the sale of tobacco and e-cigarette products in pharmacies.

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center supports the the governor's proposal, and had to say thins.

“The governor’s proposal is an important opportunity to save lives and protect New York State residents, from the youngest to the oldest... Tobacco is the only consumer product that when used as intended will kill nearly half of its users and expose anyone nearby to the same dangers.
