Seneca Niagara Casino has been closed for 3 months so when it re-opens TODAY there promises to be a boatload of people ready to risk it all to bring home some winnings.  Patrons will ONLY be able to gamble because most Casino restaurants are still closed as well as the Hotel itself.

Buffalo's downtown location, Seneca Creek Casino will open next Thursday, June 25, while the Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino opens on Thursday, July 2.  The  Irving, Salamanca and Cuba will also open at limited capacity on Thursday, June 18, according to WGRZ News.

Seneca Nation President Rickey Armstrong, Sr. said this, according to WGRZ News:

"being closed for nearly three months, we are now ready to move forward with the safe, responsible and systematic reopening of our gaming facilities.  This is a signature moment in our region’s economic recovery from the circumstances that arose as a result of this unprecedented public health crisis.”

Seneca Niagara Casino Re-Opening Stipulations according to WGRZ:

  • Seneca Resorts said the hotels and spas will be closed.
  • Most restaurants are closed,
  • Morrie's will provide grab-n-go options.
  • Blues Burger will offer grab-n-go
  • There's limited sit-down dining.
  • Odds & Ends will be the only retail shop available and
  • No counter service will be available to The Sports Lounge.
  • No smoking inside.
  • Designated smoking areas outside the building.
