"Our drivers are there every day providing a critical service to our community. They are not going out there thinking that they're not going to be able to get home safely to their families. We train them to provide excellent customer service and to be kind to our customers, especially those in crisis. And so we ask the community to be kind to them and help identify this person and send a message that this is not right and that our drivers are providing a critical service."
