2024 is poised to be a very busy year for politics in Western New York. With at least four different election days being scheduled in New York State, voters will have lots to do this year.

Not only are we electing local offices like city & town judges and school boards, we're electing legislators to the state Senate and Assembly and a potential change to the New York State Constitution. This is in addition to us needing to elect new members to the US Congress and US Senate and potentially a new President of the United States. There will be three separate primary elections along with the general election on November 5, 2024. Voters will be busy this year.

To add to all this activity, a candidate for US President has announced he is coming to Buffalo and is looking for people to support his campaign since he's running independently from the major political parties.

Kennedy, a member of one of America's most famous families, has a reputation as a national figure in environmental activism and as a lawyer. He receives support from people who are not fans of either current President Biden or former President Trump.
