Report: Bills/Titans Game Moved To Tuesday, Thursday Night Game vs. Chiefs Moved As Well
The talk of the town the past few days is what would happen with the Bills game against the Tennessee Titans? It was scheduled for 1 p.m. in Nashville on Sunday, but that was put in doubt with multiple positive COVID-19 results from players and staff on the Titans this past week.
Now, there seems to be a plan in place from the NFL.
According to ESPN Senior NFL Insider Adam Schefter, the Bills-Titans game will be moved to Tuesday at 6 pm, as long as there are no more positive tests with Tennessee.
That means the Chiefs-Bills game, which was scheduled to be on Thursday Night Football next week (October 15th), will be moved to next Sunday (October 18th) instead, per Schefter.
The report from Schefter does not specifically say what time the game next Sunday against Kansas City would be played. It was to be a Thursday Night Football game on October 15th.
However, if the game cannot be played against the Titans because of more COVID-19 tests, the Thursday Night Game vs. Kansas City would revert back, per Schefter.
As for the Titans game, this is all assuming there are no more positive tests this week from the Titans organization. A total of 23 total players and staff members have tested positive since the end of September.
