Shaquille O'Neal's shoe game seems to be making a comeback because he's dropping new versions of his throwback kicks every chance he gets. America's favorite shopping holiday is just two days away — Black Friday (Nov. 29) — so Shaq picked to the perfect time to announce his new Reebok Shaq Attaq "Brick City" sneakers hitting major retailers and Reebok's online store this Friday. The black, red and grey "Brick City" hi-tops are named after the "gritty, tough and unforgiving streets" of Newark, New Jersey—also known as the city where Shaq was born. Newark is "a place where the odds are stacked against you— [it] either builds or breaks those who live in it. It takes hustle, heart and a little luck to make it out, but those who do are undoubtedly shaped by where they came from... In a city where only the strong survive, Shaquille O’Neal overcame the odds and became one of the greatest NBA athletes to ever play the game." Now, he's paying homage to where he came from.

A limited number of Reebok Classics' new addition will be available at Foot Locker, Finish Line, Champs, Jimmy Jazz, Shoe Palace and reebok.com for $160 while supplies last. This is the 10th sneaker Shaq has released this year, including the relaunch of the original Shaqnosis and Shaq Attaq.
