Rapper Conway Surprises His Mom for Her Birthday

Buffalo and Griselda Record's own Conway The Machine may have hardcore rap lyrics but as with almost every man, he most definitely has a soft spot for at least one woman in his life, his mother.

He posted a very tearful and heartwarming video of him gifting his mom with a brand new truck for her birthday via his Instagram! Momma Conway was elated with the lavish surprise as she exited her special birthday dinner celebration with family and friends. She was smiling ear to ear and even posed on her new baby. Conway The Machine shook up the music industry last month with his debut solo studio album "From King to a God" which dropped on September 11th under Griselda Records, Drumwork and Empire Distribution. Since it's release, he's appeared on Tiny Desk and has had a media storm of praises for his body of work.

This week, another member of Griselda dropped an equally mind blowing project as their crew continues to catapult into major stardom. Benny The Butcher released his LP "Burden of Proof" produced by Hit-Boy this past Friday. The reviews have been stellar so far and is already being deemed a classic.

Last but not least of course rounding out the Griselda rap trio, Westside Gunn dropped his long awaited major label debut album "WHO MADE THE SUNSHINE" via Shady Records on October 2nd, it's his third project for 2020.The album was nothing short of a work of art as his previous two releases this year, Pray For Paris and the FLYGOD is an Awesome God 2 mixtape.

It's clear Griselda Records has taken over 2020 and amazing to see the fruits of their labor bless their loved ones too!
