Rapper 50 Cent lost his lawsuit against Sleek Audio in arbitration and he's not going quietly. After an arbitrator sided with Sleek Audio and denied the lawsuit in which 50 claimed they owed him $261,000,  he decided to take his battle to Federal Court and filed yet another lawsuit to get the decision overturned. This filing is based on his claim that the arbitration judge discriminated against him because he's black, associates with controversial African-American figures AND because he's a high profile rap artist.

He went a step further and stated that during the process, he was refused the right to cross-examine witnesses and to look at evidence pertaining to the case.

50 is requesting the settlement offer to be thrown out and demands a new hearing as soon as possible. Sleek audio fires back by calling his antics desperate.

I know 50 isn't always on his best behavior but if in-fact his claims are valid, kudos to him for exercising his rights. As the saying goes, if you don't stand up for something you'll fall for anything.
