Popular Retail Store Coming To The Walden Galleria This Fall

There's no secret that these past 18 months have been very tough on retailers and especially malls, who had to stay closed for a very long time during the worst of the pandemic in 2020 here in Western New York.

2021 has gotten much better, however, and Western New York's largest and most popular mall is getting ready to add a new retail location to its already huge list of stores.

WIVB is reporting that a new rue21 store is set to open at the Walden Galleria.

The location will be on the second level, near Dick's Sporting Goods. This Western New York location is one of a dozen rue21 stores that is getting ready to open across America.

The opening date should be this fall, so be on the lookout for it when you go to the Walden Galleria for the holiday shopping season, or even sooner!

That part of the mall is one of the most popular too, right by Dick's Sporting Goods, so it's a superb location for rue. It will be very hard to miss.

This gets me thinking though...what other stores would you want coming to the Walden Galleria? Or any other mall in Western New York?

I'm sure there are plenty we would love to see come to the Buffalo area.
