Police Shootout Caught On “Dash Cam Video”. [VIDEO]

Police Officers are often ridiculed for handing out Traffic Related Tickets rather than pursuing the REAL CRIMINALS...even I've said that.  But after seeing this video of a guy engaged in a "shootout" with an Officer... I have to say... If I were an Officer...I'd probably be content giving out tickets as well...anything else is probably LIFE THREATENING!
