Police Beat Up A 22 Year Old With Down Syndrome ! [#BIGDUMMYFILES]

A twenty-two-year-old man with down syndrome is recovering from his injuries nearly a week after Miami-Dade police officers beat him outside his home.

The part that is absolutely stupid is the officers defense:

'Didn't you know he was a Down Syndrome kid?' And he said, 'No, I'm not a doctor. I don't know.' And I said, 'Well, you can see it in his face that he is a Down Syndrome kid'

The next line of questioning should have been Officer "Do you have down syndrome ?" This is ridiculous he should be fired and tested for some type of mental disability because he has to be a special needs police officer, to do something this stupid.
