Nicki Minaj Challenges Remy Ma to Drop a Hit in 72 Hours
Just hours after releasing "No Frauds," her diss track aimed at Remy Ma—Nicki Minaj has challenged Remy to meet her on the Billboard battleground.
In an Instagram post from earlier today (March 10), Nicki clapped back at anyone who thought she should have responded to Remy's diss records earlier. Then she challenged the Plata o Plomo rapper to drop a hit single and land an interview without using her beef with Nicki as a premise. You can check out what Nicki had to say in her Instagram post below.
In the post, Nicki also takes time to shoot down the idea that any of the insults Remy threw at her on "Shether" were true. "Diss records can't be lies. Great diss records are FACTS," reads a screenshot Nicki posted."But here @ Young Money, we don't do diss records, we drop HIT RECORDS & diss u ON them."
She continued by hinting that she's recorded other diss records. "I got a bunch more on cock. Pauz. The greats took 3 months to respond to diss records. Queens don't move on peasant time," she explained, seemingly referencing Nas, who's also from Queens.
Given the success of Remy's Grammy-nominated single with Fat Joe "All the Way Up", Remy may be able to rise to the occasion. But Remy might not be rushing to get back into battle.
In a recent Facebook Live session, Remy said she wasn't even proud of "Shether." “I do not condone or recommend the tearing down of another female. That’s not what I do,” she said during the chat. “Anybody that knows me knows that I embrace females […] I think we work so much better when we work together and when we help each other […] However, in the event that you piss me off and we become archenemies, run for cover.”
