Niagara County DMV To Open Monday, Here’s What You Need To Know

If you live in Niagara County and have been wondering when your Department of Motor Vehicles will open, there's good news! Here's what you need to know about the opening of the Niagara County DMV on Monday.

Erie County Department of Motor Vehicles offices opened on Wednesday (June 17) and now the Niagara County office has an opening date. According to WIVB, offices in Niagara County will open on Monday, June 22. Things will be different though, due to COVID-19. THe DMV is putting safety protocols in place and some offices will have limited services.

Here's what you need to know about the Niagara County:

- You will need to make an appointment in advance
- The Lockport and North Tonawanda offices will be providing full services
- The Niagara Falls office will only be providing Class-D permit testing
- There will be plexi-glass to protect you and the DMV employees
- Social distancing will be required
