It's been almost a year since DJ Khaled teased fans with his Nas-featured record "Nas Album Done," which led people to believe the next album from the veteran rapper was complete. Unfortunately, that didn't seem to be the truth at the time, but there is finally some good news for Esco's supporters.

Last night (May 21), Jungle, the brother of the "Bye Baby" MC, posted a photo of himself in the studio with Esco on Instagram, where he revealed that the project is "almost" done.

"@nas Studio.. #NasAlbumAlmostDone #HipHop #QueensBridge #NYC," Jungle wrote in his post.

If you recall, Nas did an interview last month confirming his new album would be dropping this year after a long wait for fans. His last project, Life Is Good, was released back in 2012, and many believe it to be one of the best LPs he's ever dropped.

Along with the new album from Nas, fans are also hoping there will be updates on The Lost Tapes 2, which the veteran MC has also been teasing for the past few years.

To tide fans over, Nas is letting them look forward to hearing him on Khaled's upcoming Grateful project, as he is a confirmed guest feature on the project which drops next month. He will be joining a star-studded roster that so far includes Rihanna, Justin Bieber, Chance The Rapper, Future, Beyonce and Jay Z, Drake and more.

It's great to see Nas is officially in the studio working hard on the album, as we hope we can get it in the next few months to cap off the summer season.
