Former First Lady Michelle Obama is hitting the road for voter registration! Just ahead of November’s midterm elections, Michelle Obama announced today that she’ll be traveling across the country to meet voters and hold registration events.

This “week of action” initiative is being organized by a new nonprofit called When We All Vote. It will take place from September 22-29.

According to Variety.com Mrs Obama said

“Today we want to honor their legacy and continue their work to ensure that every eligible American casts their vote, work that is far from finished,” “There’s too much at stake to sit on the sidelines, not just in this election but in every election, and we need your help right now.”

The cities will include Detroit, Los Angeles, Baltimore, Miami, Atlanta, Chicago, Las Vegas, New York, Pittsburgh, Nashville, Houston, and Milwaukee.

Mrs. Obama and President Obama both serve as co-chairs of When We All Vote.
