There’s word that Madonna will be performing during halftime at The Super Bowl in February in Indianapolis.  The NFL and NBC made the announcement over the weekend.  The Grammy Award winning singer will highlight the show at Lucas Oil Stadium February 5th.

The show is the most-watch musical event of the year. Last year it was The Black Eye Peas’ performance with Slash and Usher doing the honors during halftime in Dallas. Green Bay beat The Steelers in that game.

Madonna will collaborate with Cirque du Soleil, choreographer Jamie King, and artists from Moment Factory.

Bridgestone Americas is sponsoring The Super Bowl and halftime show, which will be aired worldwide on NBC.
