Buffalo Prenatal-Perinatal Network, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization that has been in operation for 26 years. The overall mission of the organization is to coordinate and collaborate with key stakeholders in Erie County/City of Buffalo, to increase access to and utilization of preconception, prenatal, perinatal and postpartum health care services in the community. The Yogathon to Benefit BPPN

Himalayan Institute, 841 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo, 14209 (next to Temple Beth Zion)
From 1-2:30pm, with a Tea Reception to follow
The cost to participate is $20

What to do:

Dress in loose fitting clothing.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one, but it is not required.
If you are not able to get to the floor you can yoga from a chair.
