Ladies Please Explain This Caption ?

I saw a bunch of people clowning the caption on this pic on Twitter and Instagram. People were calling the girl stupid and so on and so forth but what do you get from the caption on this pic?

Here is what I think the young lady was trying to say in a very ignorant way... She would rather be in a relationship with a man who is genuine even if he is cheating on his other girlfriend, he isn't lying to her about it. I guess this is her idea of loyalty. I don't agree or disagree, I think people were rushing to judge with out comprehending what she was trying to say. Anyways that is what I got from it but what do you think ?
