Josh Allen Named AFC Offensive Player of the Week Again!
Joshua Patrick Allen has been leading the Buffalo Bills as the team has been scorching the league with one of the best win-loss records in the NFL, along with Allen being one of the best quarterbacks this season.
Every week, the NFL honors the best AFC and NFC players on offense, defense, and special teams. On Wednesday, December 18, 2024, the NFL released its awards for play during week 15. Guess who's QB1 was among those honored by the league?

Josh Allen has been named the AFC Offensive Player of the Week for Week 15, his third time winning this award this year, based on his performance while leading the Bills to a big victory over the Detroit Lions.
The Bills beat Detroit 48-42 at Ford Field on Sunday, December 15, 2024, and Josh Allen put up some major numbers while leading the team in that shootout.

- Passing Percentage: 67.6%
- Passing Yards: 362 Yards
- Rushing Touchdowns: 2 Touchdowns
- Rushing Attempts: 11 Rushes

When you look at Allen's performance over the entire season, he has routinely ranked as one of the top players in the league this year. In addition to leading the Bills to their 5th consecutive AFC East titles, Allen is also the 1st player in NFL history to score multiple passing and rushing touchdowns, with more than 350 yards passing and more than 60 yards rushing in the same game.
Lots of people all over the league are clamming for Allen to win the NFL's MVP Award when it's given out at the end of the season. Executives within the NFL and each team's General Manager have a vote for who should win the best player in the league award. But those of us in Western New York already know who we think should win.
