It looks like our nice weather has come to an end at least for today. After nice weather to start off our week, a fast-moving storm front will bring rain, thunderstorms, and a slight risk of severe weather today.
Severe Weather Expected Today Across New York State
A fast-moving weather front is moving in from the west, and that will change our weather for the day today. We are looking for scattered rain early this morning. The rain will be on and off for most of the day, with another round of rain and possible thunderstorms later this afternoon.
The chance of severe weather, including a very slight risk of a tornado, will be this afternoon between 4 and 10 pm.

The National Weather Service in Buffalo is calling for a marginal chance of severe weather for parts of New York this afternoon.

Things will start to bounce back weather-wise on Thursday with a mix of sun and cloud. We are looking at mostly sunny skies for Friday and then into the weekend.
