5 Head Coaches The Buffalo Bills Should Hire

Well, it is official, the Buffalo Bills are out of the playoffs.

Now it is time for the team to focus on the next season and one of the biggest changes the team can make with the head coach.

Bills Mafia was calling for head coach Sean McDermott's job earlier this season, the team was able to rattle off five straight regular season games to win the AFC East again.

But if the team were to move on from Sean McDermott, here are some head coaches that the Bills could hire to replace him.

Jim Harbaugh

The head coach of the Michigan Wolverines just won a National Championship and he has NFL head coaching experience. He spent 3 years in the NFL as the head coach of the San Fransico 49ers. He has plenty of experience but might want to have total control over player movement which I am sure Brandon Beane will not give up.

Bryon Leftwich

Currently the offensive coordinator for the Tampa Bay Bucs. Leftwich played quarterback in the NFL and was been touted as a very good offensive mind in the NFL. A young offensive mind would be the 180 of what the Buffalo Bills had in Sean McDermott.

Frank Reich

The former Buffalo Bills QB was a name that Bills Mafia brought up when the team fired Ken Dorsey. Reich's time in Carolina wasn't great, but he has shown that he can be a good head coach from his time in Indianapolis.

Kellen Moore

The young offensive coordinator has been linked to a couple of different jobs, including maybe the Dallas Cowboys. He spent years there as the OC and currently is working with the LA Chargers. With the Chargers' job up in the air, Moore could be looking for a new job, and landing in Buffalo might be perfect.

Bill Belichick

Would he? Would the Bills Mafia want him here? One of the most hated men in Western New York could come in and lead the Bills to the Superbowl...what a crazy world we live in!
