JUST IN: Act Of Terror Being Investigated In New York State

There is an investigation that is underway after an accident in Rochester, New York. According to reports, the FBI is also involved in this investigation.

Emergency crews have been busy since the ball dropped and 2024 began to start this week. From fires, to car accidents, it has been anything but a quiet start.

However, this accident has gathered some national attention. According to multiple reports, investigators found a large amount of gasoline at the scene of the accident.

First responders found at least a dozen canisters of gasoline in and around the car that exploded, which has led to investigators looking into the matter as a potential terrorism matter.

Act Of Terror? New York State Accident Under Investigation

A couple riding inside the Uber were killed, while their driver was rushed to the hospital in non-life threatening condition, sources and police said.

Gas Limit In New York State

New York State has a limit on the amount of gasoline that you can keep on hand.

All containers shall be properly labeled. Gasoline shall only be transported in approved 5 gallon portable gas cans, with a limit of four (4) cans per vehicle.
