Police Offering Rewards For 10 Unsolved Buffalo Cases

1. Suspect In The Murder Of Robert Green
Reward of up to $7,500

Robert Green was killed on August 22, 2016, on Plymouth Avenue in Buffalo. A reward of $7,500 is being offered.

2. Suspect In The Murder Of Gabriel Texidor
Reward of up to $7,500

Gabriel Texidor was murdered at Pennsylvania Street and Trenton Avenue in Buffalo on July 7, 2019.

3. Suspect Wanted: Joel Brown
Reward of up to $2,500

Joel Brown is wanted in connection to a shooting at 311 Kenmore Avenue in the Town of Tonawanda. The incident happened on September 6, 2024. A reward of $2,500 is being offered for information leading to his arrest.

4. Suspect In The Murder Of Jamale White
Reward of up to $7,500

On November 12, 2023, Jamale White was killed on Broadway and Lathrop Street in Buffalo.

1. Suspect In The Murders Of Michael Lissmore
Reward of up to $7,500

Michael Lissmore was killed on July 15, 2024, on St. Mary's Road in Buffalo. A $7,500 reward is being offered for information in his case.

5. Suspect In The Murder Of Seth Ward
Reward of up to $7,500

Seth Ward was murdered on July 11, 2024, on Woltz Avenue in Buffalo. Crime Stoppers WNY is offering a reward of up to $7,500.

6. Suspect Wanted: Raymond Skinner
Reward of up to $2,500

Raymond Skinner is wanted on by New York State Parole on an active parole warrant. He is also wanted by Niagara Town police for burglary. A reward of $2,500 is being offered for information leading to his arrest.

7. Suspect In The Murder Of Andrew Garner
Reward of up to $7,500

Andrew Garner was killed on June 11, 2021, on Route 5 in Dunkirk, NY.  A $7,500 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest or indictment.

8. Suspect In The Murders Of Keyshawn Gault
Reward of up to $7,500

Keyshawn Gault was killed in a shooting that left two other people injured. The incident happened on the I-190 on October 26, 2023. Crime Stoppers is offering a reward.

9. Suspect In The Murders Of Paul Humphrey
Reward of up to $7,500

Paul Humphrey's young life was stolen from him on July 13, 2019, on Briscoe Avenue in Buffalo.

10. Suspect In The Murder Of Jazzmine Fomby
Reward of up to $7,500

Jazzmine Fomby, a 14-year-old girl, was killed on May 4, 2024, on Jefferson Avenue in Buffalo. Five other juveniles were shot.
