The Heritage Council will be at the corner Niagara and Hudson Streets in Buffalo at noon on Saturday, according to WKBW. The Hispanic Heritage Council will be giving out free lunch, free testing and personal protective equipment. The site will be home of the Hispanic Cultural Institute. The personal protective gear will include hand sanitizer, face masks, gloves and other items. Everyone is welcome.
