Heavy Snow Likely For WNY Next Week: Localized Lake Effect Too

According to WIVB Weather, there will be two storm systems next week. The first on Tuesday will just be rain...but the second on Thursday, that is showing the likelihood of heavy accumulating snow for all of Western New York, with some localized lake effect snow as well.

It's still 6 days away, so exact totals are yet to be determined and that could change with the tracking of the storm.

Get the shovels out for next week though, that looks to be a good bet...
