Have Some Individuals In Our Communities Lost All Purpose For Living

I posted awhile back that I felt that there are a lot of men and women in our communities here and across the country that are suffering from mental illness. Now we have a 23 year old father that has stabbed his son at least 20 times and left him for dead. Miraculously, it looks like he is going to survive and I wish him all the best for correct recovery. When are we going to begin to look at stories like this and examine them and treat them for what they really are—mental illness. The black community is suffering from mental illness and there is no other way to look at it! What do you think?
