Governor Andrew Cuomo has made another Executive Order dealing with the coronavirus--this time in direct relation to this year's political process.

Cuomo stated on Twitter that he is mandating all registered voters in the state of New York be provided the option to use an absentee ballot so that they can safely vote in the June 23rd elections without congregating at a voting center.

This decision has already been met with some opposition. According to the Buffalo News, State Conservative Chairman Gerard Kassar said this:

Absentee ballots are inherently insecure voting documents – anyone can mail them back in to the Board of Elections, and universally distributing them would be both prohibitively risky and a flagrant violation of New York's Constitution.
