Let's be honest, the Super Bowl is not only a big draw for the game itself, but the commercials as well.

There were plenty of good ones this year with ads from Snickers, Planters Peanuts (Baby Nut) and Doritos but the one getting the most love after the game was the tearjerker created by Google.

The commercial tells the story of a man keeping the memory of his late wife Loretta alive through Google's assistant and recording all of her small details throughout their marriage.

According to WGRZ,  the man's voice in "Loretta" is the real life grandpa of a Google employee, whose life story was the inspiration of the ad. It was 100% true.

"The ad reflects our goal to build products that help people in their daily lives, in both big and small ways," she wrote. "Sometimes that’s finding a location, sometimes it’s playing a favorite movie, and sometimes it’s using the Google Assistant to remember meaningful details."

It was the highlight of the commercials for me. I love the funny stuff every year but these kind of stories are what makes advertising so powerful sometimes. It's hard not to feel something watching this video.
