Ciara seems to be moving on, but her ex-fiance may not be over her just yet. Just as CiCi has been turning heads with her rumored new man, NFL baller Russell Wilson, the father of her son posted a cryptic tweet on Twitter.

"I wish I cared," Future shared today (April 29), in what many think could be a subliminal message directed at Ciara.

Future's mysterious tweet comes on the heels of Ciara and Russell making a very public appearance at the White House State Dinner last night (April 28). The "Dance Like We're Making Love" singer looked smoking hot in a body-hugging gown, while the Seattle Seahawks player was dapper in a tux. The new duo looked happy for the cameras and at one point, Ciara referred to him as her “baby.” Hmm.

Ciara and Russell have not confirmed that they're a couple just yet. When Entertainment Tonight asked the football player about his love life at the dinner, he explained that he keeps his relationships private. Ciara echoed the sentiment. When asked about Russell and the Seahawks, she giggled to E!. Look's like mum's the word for now.

Still, Twitter was ablaze after Future sent that "I wish I cared" tweet, which seems like he really does care. Many fans speculated that the headlines about CiCi were the cause for the tweet in the first place. Some fans even replied to the "F--- Up Some Commas" rapper, who shares a son, also named Future, with Ciara. Twitter users were apparently attempting to troll him into admitting that he does care and he has feelings for his former flame.

"u tweeted so u do care," laughed one fan. "you do. Or it would have never been tweeted. Not even a second thought," added another.
