It's getting real out here in these streets. The government announced the other day that Snap or Food stamps for February will be coming early on 1/20 so this means a lot of folks have used their Dec/Jan stamps already.

The other day a woman delivering for "Skip the Dishes" was held-up at gunpoint around 1:45 p.m. in the 100 block of Glenwood Avenue according to a detective from the Buffalo Police department. This happen in the afternoon and not the  nighttime.

The victim says "two men approached her, showed a gun, and demanded she turn over her food. The men then took off on foot" according to WGRZ.

So then two hours later there was another person was delivering food on Glenwood and Chester Street and was robbed by two me. According to the victim, then men showed a knife, assaulted him, then took his food and money and ran away.

Robbing is never good and its sad that this happened . People are struggling out here for the basic's such as food and they are doing crazy things to get food. I think those food stamps need to get here fast.
