Extreme Cheapskates: Woman Doesn’t Use Toilet Paper [VIDEO]

There is a TV show highlighting cheapskates that comes on TLC. This episode absolutely disgusted me. Its one thing to be cheap or conscious of your spending, but to be just plain old nasty is different. This woman in my opinion is nasty, she does not wash her clothes and she does not use toilet paper. Maybe I am tripping, what do you think nasty or financially conscious ?
