Erie County Running Low On Test Supplies, One New Case Confirmed
In a press conference Wednesday evening, Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz provided an update on the status of Erie County's response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In addition to reporting another confirmed case of COVID-19 in North Collins (bringing the total in Erie County to 21), he stated that Erie County is dangerously low on supplies to test for COVID-19.
There is no timeline on when more tests might arrive, but all WNY residents are urged to continue to practice social distancing, hand washing and all known methods of reducing the spread of COVID-19.
