Does Buffalo Police Have Good Relationship With Community? [POLL]

In a recent Buffalo News article, Deputy Police Comm. Kimberly Beaty was quoted saying:

We have a great relationship with the community that we serve and protect..."

Now I know I have a good relationship with the department. I have quite a few friends and family members who are officers.

But given all of the things that have been happening lately in Dallas, St. Paul & Baton Rouge, I got to wondering; does The Buffalo Police Department actually have a good relationship with the larger community?
