Did The So-Called Illuminati Get Ciara Too?

Ran across this photo, and I’m not necessarily sure if Ciara is trying to say something or not; but some people seem to think it says that she is a part of the Illuminati.

I wonder if this is just a publicity stunt to get people talking about her.
