The custody battle between Ciara and Future apparently isn't over.

In new documents obtained by TMZ, Ciara accuses Future of missing scheduled visitation dates with their three-year-old son, Future Zahir.  Ciara says Future misses scheduled dates 37 percent of the time, and it's frequently at the last minute.

She also says that when little Future goes to Georgia, he ends up spending most of his time with his grandma or great-grandma instead of with his father and that she rarely gets to FaceTime with her son.

Additionally, she maintains that the travel schedule for the three-year-old needs to change, since he's negatively affected by the cross-country traveling. She says he's exhausted from the traveling and has emotional breakdowns in school because of it.

This isn't the first time Ciara and Future have battled it out in court after ending their relationship in 2014. After years of legal back and forth, Ciara dropped her $15 million defamation lawsuit against Future back in January 2017.

As for this latest court filing, Ciara reportedly wants to go into mediation with Future to work out a better schedule with him for the health of their son.
