Dad Put Selfie Of Himself And Daughter On Facebook + Shoots Her In Murder Suicide Attempt

A father from Westminster, Colo., posted a selfie of himself with his baby girl on Facebook before shooting her and himself in an attempted murder-suicide, ABC’s Channel 7 News in Denver reports.

Kimphone “Kim” Phanthavongsa 21, called police Monday morning around 9:21 and told them that her ex-boyfriend was standing over her with a shotgun. Merrick McKay 22, and his ex-girlfriend apparently were having a disagreement and altercation at the apartment and when she left to get help and the police arrived they heard gunshots.
