One of the women in the "Surviving R. Kelly" docu-series spoke about him allegedly, knowingly giving her herpes. She said she was pursuing legal action against him, but it looks like her case in Dallas, where she lives, is closed. But it's not over. According to TMZ, she is going to refile her case against Kels in New York. Her lawyer told TMZ that the victim was told to file the case where she lives, which is Dallas. Her attorney says it's a "jurisdictional issue because the alleged crime took place in NYC," according to TMZ. The victim also alleges that she was in R. Kelly's alleged sex cult, where she was given drugs and alcohol and kept as his sex slave. The victim said she plans to fly to New York City to file the case agains Kelly there.
