Join the YMCA Four Core Youth Basketball League

Join the YMCA Four Core Youth Basketball League! Get the details here! The YMCA Four Core Youth Basketball League includes the William-Emslie, Delaware, Ken-Ton and Lockport branches! The William-Emslie skills assessment will be September 23rd, grades 4 to 6 and grades 7 to 9 will be from 6 to 7 pm. There will be a parents meeting on September 20th at 6:30. Games start on Saturday, September 29th.

Learn and practice basketball skills while having fun playing in the game invented at the YMCA. With teams made up of 7-10 players, this basketball league focuses on teamwork, skill development, and physical fitness. The league is open to students in grades 4-9 and games are 5 on 5. There will be 3 weeks of scrimmages mixed with several games at your primary location.
4-6th grade will practice Thursday evenings 6pm-7pm with games Friday evenings or Saturday at 11am on non-travel weeks.
7-9th grade will practice Friday evenings 6pm-7pm and have games Saturdays at Noon on non-travel weeks.
