The N.I.C.Y.O. Funk Fest, featuring the legendary Blue Magic, Jo Jo from the Mary Jane Girls and LA Sky’s, was AMAZING!
Funk Fest was sponsored by Mayor Byron Brown, Council President Darius Pridgen, Councilmembers Ulysees Wingo and Rasheed Wyatt, Erie County Legislator Barbara Miller Williams, Carmen Sims and the African American Cultural Center.
