Cashless Tolls Coming to NYS…but Not Without Controversy
Governor Andrew Cuomo is committed to providing Cashless Tolls in NYS beginning with the Grand Island Toll Plaza, but some local lawmakers. including Congressman Brian Higgins, want the project to apply to other areas as well.
