The 18-year-old Hutch Tech student, who spent an entire day cleaning up Bailey Avenue after agitators escalated peaceful protests, has been rewarded. Antonio Gwynn spent 10 hours cleaning up on Tuesday, according to WIVB.

“I couldn't come to grips with selling it and this was a good way for me to get rid of it and know someone that gets it is going to appreciate it,” Matt Block, the man who decided to give Gwynn his 2004 red convertible Mustang, via WIVB

Not only was Gwynn given a car, he will also receive free insurance for it. Briceland Insurance Agency is providing the insurance for one year.  And the best part of this inspirational story, Gwynn has been offered a full ride at Medaille College!

“I literally stopped, pulled over, and started crying. So did my great aunt. My little cousin did also." ~  Antonio Gwynn via WIVB

It's such a beautiful thing to see this young man step up to help his community, then to be rewarded for his efforts.  It just reminds us that doing the right thing, for the right reasons, unlocks so many blessings!
