Buffalo Snow, Rain, Heat Nor Gloom of Night Can Stop Mail Delivery … But Roaches Can

Roaches have changed and challenged the Postal Service Promise that:

neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night would stay its couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.

Yes...ROACHES!

According to WGRZ News:

The U.S. Postal Service temporarily suspended mail delivery at 31 Marine Drive, a Buffalo Municipal Housing Authority building known as The Coastline. The problem, however, wasn't snow, rain, heat or gloom of night.  It was ROACHES!
