Buffalo Sabre Evander Kane Arraigned in Buffalo City Court
On June 24, Evander Kane allegedly refused to leave Bottoms Up on Chippewa Street in Buffalo after being ordered to do so by a security guard, according a release from
Acting Erie County District Attorney Michael J. Flaherty, Jr.'s office. Kane is accused of harassing several people inside the bar.
The 24-year-old Buffalo Sabre has been arraigned before Buffalo City Court Judge Barbara Johnson-Lee on one count of Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree, four counts of Harassment in the Second Degree and one count of Disorderly Conduct, according to the press release.
Kane pleaded not guilty and was released. He will be back in court on September 9, 2016. If convicted of all the charges, Kane could face a maximum of 90 days in jail.
